Pearson Edexcel develops series of exam preparatory workshops. For the 1st series, we selected total 6 prominent subjects from International GCSE & International A Level (IAL) for HK & Macau candidates.
We are privileged to confirm qualified subject specific experts with years of teaching experiences on Edexcel programs, sharing their intelligence on exam planning, study pathways and strategies, offer fundamental and comprehensive advice to candidates in HK & Macau.

Presenter Profile:
Ruby Fu graduated from Merton College, University of Oxford in Master of Physics with full scholarship. She obtained top grades in her 6 A Levels including Physics, Mathematics and Further Mathematics. Ruby has been working in the education industry since her graduation. She was a Physics teacher in a UK boarding school. Later on, she decided to further develop her career in Hong Kong where she continued to teach and provide university admissions advice for students from various backgrounds.

Presenter Profile:
Sora is the Head of Mathematics at EOK Academy. She has more than 5 years of experience in teaching IGCSE, IAL and IB Mathematics, as well as being the core designer in the research and development of EOK Math learning platform. She has been actively involved in providing her students with an effective means to master the subjects. Her strong proven record of success also lies in her expertise in assisting her students to bridge the gaps between the curricula of DSE and IAL of Mathematics.
Don is the Head of Physics and Mechanics at EOK Academy. With more than 7 years of experience in teaching and curriculum design, he is the core designer of EOK learning platform, particularly specializing in the area of Physics and Mechanics. Recognizing Mechanics as the integral component of IAL Mathematics and Further Math, Don is well-known for helping students without prior experience in Physics to master Mechanics and Mathematical modelling.

Mr Chan is a BSc and MPhil Biochemistry graduate from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has over 10 years of experience in tutoring Biology and Chemistry subjects for test preps including IGCSE, HKDSE, GCE A-Level, IB, SAT and AP Biology and Chemistry subject exams.
He is highly commended by students for his guidance to help them revise each topic in details and produce useful notes. Presenter Profile:
Irene graduated with a BSc in Chemistry at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and is the senior tutor at Cana Elite Education Centre. Together with another CANA Chemistry teacher, they published a study guide and workbook for IB Chemistry and created teaching notes for different curriculums. In accordance with CANA’s teaching philosophy, Irene believes that small group settings enable a streamlined teaching method that matches the students’ learning style and individual needs. She also believes that the role of an educator is not only to teach students academic knowledge, but also to train students to explore their own learning methods and attitude.
Sing graduated with a BSc in Chemistry at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and is the senior Chemistry tutor at Cana Elite Education Centre. Sing is very experienced in teaching the IGCSE and IAL, and has coached many students in achieving excellent grades in the examinations. Sing provides tailor made lessons to the students based on the students' strengths and weaknesses.
