MyPearson ID: the key to Pearson's abundant resources

MyPearson ID is a lifelong account created with your own login ID (e.g. your email address or any self-assigned login name) and a password of your choice. With this account, you will be able to access online resources on the companion websites for all the Pearson series that your school has adopted*.

Register or Renew button location

Whether you have registered for a MyPearson ID before or not, simply go to www.pearson.com.hk and click 'MyPearson ID Login', which is located at the top right corner of the webpage, then click ‘Teacher’ or ‘Student’ (according to your role). After that, follow the instructions and enter your login ID (e.g. your email address or any self-assigned login name) and your PIN to complete the registration or renewal process.

To get a PIN

  • Teacher: A school PIN for teachers has been sent to the Panel Chairpersons of Primary and Secondary schools and the Principals of Kindergartens.
  • Student: For Primary and Secondary schools, students’ Login information should be distributed by their teachers. (Please see below for details.)

* Only schools that have ordered bundled learning materials and teaching materials from Pearson Hong Kong for the 2020-2021 academic year have permission to access Pearson online resources.

Steps for teachers to download students’ login information and let students access quality learning materials.

Primary School

Download Students’ Login IDs and Passwords

After login, click 'Download Students’ Login IDs and Passwords' to download the Login IDs and Passwords and distribute them to your students.

Please note that each Login ID and Password is unique and should be used by one user only. It is recommended that your school centralise the download and distribution process to avoid duplication.

Secondary School

Download Student Login IDs and Passwords

After login, click 'Registered Student Account List' to download Login IDs and Passwords for their students.
 
Junior subjects

The same set of students’ Login IDs and Passwords are applicable to all junior subjects. Please download the Login IDs and Passwords ONCE only and distribute them to students. It is recommended that your school centralise the download and distribution process to avoid duplication.
 
Senior subjects

Each senior subject has its own set of Students’ Login IDs and Passwords. If your school has adopted multiple senior subjects, please download and distribute the available Login IDs and Passwords to corresponding students.

Remark: Students who have bought an e-Textbook, a title with digital resources, or access to the ‘iLearn’ Learning Platform should complete the authentication process as instructed on the ‘Authentication card’. A student with multiple ‘Authentication cards’ can input all their PINs into one ‘MyPearson ID’ account.
